Aleksandra Andrade is a highly experienced master esthetician and skincare educator dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, naturally radiant skin. With over a decade of hands-on experience in professional skincare, Aleksandra combines advanced treatment techniques with a thoughtful, integrative philosophy that supports both skin health and overall wellbeing.

Originally from the Baltics, Aleksandra relocated to Hampton Roads in 2008. She graduated from The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics in 2012 and later served as an esthetics instructor there from 2020 to 2022, where she trained and mentored aspiring professionals in the field.

Through years of advanced training, seminars, and international conferences, Aleksandra continually expanded her expertise in skincare science, treatment innovation, and natural cosmetic formulation. This dedication led to the creation of Masla Skincare, her natural skincare line that is now carried in numerous professional spas throughout the United States.

Aleksandra believes that skincare should enhance natural beauty while respecting the skin’s natural balance. Her approach focuses on personalized care, professional knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping each client feel confident in their skin.

Outside of her professional work, Aleksandra enjoys running marathons, traveling internationally, volunteering within her community, and spending meaningful time with her sons.

Born and raised in Ukraine Iryna is a longtime resident of Chesapeake, VA. She graduated from Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy in Virginia Beach and is a board certified massage therapist. Although, Iryna is trained in nearly every massage technique available her favorite modalities are mobility-enhancing and include hot stone, cupping, reflexology and stretching.

Shayquina Atkinson is a dedicated and passionate Master Esthetician born and raised in Norfolk, Va. She discovered her love for skincare and beauty at an early age and pursued her professional training at Chrysm Institute of Esthetics where she graduated in 2022.

With a focus on healthy skin, confidence, and self-care, Shayquina is passionate about helping others look and feel their best with high quality skincare services. She combines professional expertise with genuine care, creating a welcoming environment where every client feels valued and empowered.
